Projects proposed by businesses that are already stationed the Hutoushan Innovation Hub will receive extra credits within 5% of their total score. Projects associated with outsourced R&D cooperation between the proposed businesses and universities and colleges in Taoyuan City will receive extra credits within 3% of their total score. |
